The greatness of the essential
We illuminate the creative hub of Maximale, the architectural studio founded by Pablo Delgado and Cristina Garau in 2022.
A multidisciplinary office that combines the architects' extensive international trajectory. Delgado and Garau design across various scales and typologies, embracing light and geometry to bring coherence and harmony to their architectural proposals.
Conceived by and for them, Maximale Space blends the workspace with a meeting place. A sincere invitation to explore this workshop located at street level in the Chamberí neighborhood, in the heart of Madrid.
Different heights distinguish the functionality of the spaces in the premises: a first level for reception and meetings, followed by a slightly secluded second production area. Our pieces contribute to this definition of uses and enhance the allure, through gentle, non-intrusive lighting that promises occupants a pleasant stay.
Two units of Lamina 165 hang above the main tables. Lamina forms an extensive family that balances luminous efficiency with evident lightness. A system coherent with the needs of this fluid environment.
The ambient lighting, provided by the Babel, Cestita, and Sylvestrina luminaires, blends between tonal neutrality and adds warmth. These movable light points adapt to the versatility and openness to the public of Maximale Space.
