Norberto Chaves (Buenos Aires, 1942) is a philosopher and architect and devoted ambassador of the generation of '68. He was a teacher at and head of the Pedagogical Department of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Design at the University of Buenos Aires. In 1976 he emigrated from Argentina, fleeing from the dictatorship, and moved to Barcelona, where he lives today.
