Parking Pizza has been making pizza in Barcelona for over thirty years. When it finally arrived in Madrid — 260 square meters on Paseo de la Castellana — it brought the same refusal to standardize that has defined every location.

The space, designed by Skye Maunsell Studio and Jordi Veciana, keeps the industrial warmth the brand is known for. Long oak tables, cardboard stools that stack away when the room needs to breathe, an open kitchen that makes no secret of its priorities. And the M64 lamp, Miguel Milá’s 1964 classic, hanging over the tables in a creamy yellow chosen by colourist Clàudia Valsells.
