In the exhibition Two Gazes, the photographs of Tito Dalmau (Barcelona, 1948-2022) and Santi Caralt (Barcelona, 1965) portray places, cultures, and people that seem to evoke different eras despite coexisting in the same: Rajasthan and Cuba. The vibrant light of both horizons, their intense colors, and their textures guide us through the exhibition, immersing us in their respective realities.

The spaces portrayed by Santi Caralt are at first glance empty stage sets, yet filled with the traces of a living and timeless presence. These engage in a dialogue with the exultant scenes of Rajasthan photographed by Tito Dalmau. Their photographs invite us to take part in gatherings and relationships of a rich everyday life that preserves, amidst saris, a steadfast tradition.
