For seven years Webb worked alongside Professor Robert Heritage on projects for Race Furniture, Gordon Russell, Disform (a Spanish company acquired by Santa & Cole in 1994), B&B Italia and Concord Lighting Limited. During this period, he and Robert Heritage designed emblematic furniture, such as the Subeybaja table (1979), now published by Santa & Cole.

He founded Roger Webb Associates in 1989. Based in London and dedicated to industrial design, Roger Webb specialises in furniture and furniture components for an extensive list of international clients.
