Santa u0026 Cole presents the work of Antoni Arola at the Karimoku Research Center in Tokyo. The exhibition explores the Spanish designer’s relationship with light through immersive installation, product design, and the creative process. Antoni Arola’s practice is rooted in intuition, observation, chance, and a playful dialogue with matter. His works, whether fixtures or light installations, do not begin with a defined function or fixed form, but emerge through discoveries and unexpected connections. Spread across three floors, the exhibition begins with a poetic, sensory immersion, continues with the presentation of his lamps edited by Santa u0026 Cole and the architectural modelling of light in space, and culminates in an open-ended glimpse into the creative universe of his studio. Each stage offers a distinct encounter, immersive, spatial, intuitive.
