    You can pay for your purchases using the external virtual payment platforms (TPV) Visa or PayPal. In order for Santa & Cole to be able to take the appropriate steps, you must notify us as soon as possible of any undue or fraudulent charge to the payment method used for the purchase for which the infringement has occurred.

    Failure to notify within 24 hours will exonerate Santa & Cole from any liability for the refund.

    Shipping insurance included

    For tangible products, Santa & Cole provides all possible shipping methods under the agreements reached between Santa & Cole and various logistics service providers.

    For deliveries within the Spanish territory, the usual delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days from the departure of our warehouse for products in stock. If you need to check the stock of our products, please contact us.

    For international deliveries within Europe, the usual delivery time is between 5 and 7 working days, depending on the country of destination, from the moment the products leave our warehouse for products in stock. If you need to check the stock of our products, please contact us.

    For works of art, the usual delivery times are between 10 and 15 working days. For international shipments within Europe, the usual delivery time is between 15 and 20 working days, depending on the country of destination.

    For orders including larger products, wether design or art editions, delivery may be subject to a longer delivery time. If you have any doubts about the delivery time, you may contact us by sending an email to hola@santacole.com.

    Santa & Cole will choose the most suitable shipping company according to product type and geographic region. It arrives directly to the delivery address you have notified us of. It is required that there is someone at that address during working hours and a contact telephone number (with a margin of 4-5 hours to be able to coordinate the delivery).

    The shipping cost will be calculated by the system during the purchase process and will depend on the country of destination and the product selected.

    If, for reasons of availability, a product cannot be delivered within the timeframe indicated during the purchase process, Santa & Cole will contact the customer via email within a maximum of 48 working hours. The customer may choose to cancel their order without incurring any additional cost.

    In the event of a variation in the price of delivery, Santa & Cole will inform you by email of the variation and you may choose to cancel your order without any additional cost being charged to you.

    By making a purchase, you understand and accept that the price of delivery, delivery times, quality of service and delivery point are subject to the different modes of transport available for different delivery areas and to the availability of the chosen product. Santa & Cole does not ship on public holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

    In addition, transport times may be altered due to extraordinary incidents in the logistics services company/s, difficulties in the delivery of the goods and/or fortuitous circumstances; in any case, no delay in delivery with respect to the times indicated will entitle the purchaser to demand any compensation whatsoever.

    If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option to go ahead with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. For the purposes of this Legal Notice, "delivery" of the order shall be deemed to have taken place at the time when you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire material possession of the products, which shall be evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

    If we are unable to deliver your order, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will also send you an email to arrange another delivery date. If you are not at the place of delivery when a second delivery date is agreed, please contact us to arrange a delivery or collection of the product.

    If 30 days after your order has been made available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it terminated. As a consequence of the termination of the contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract to be terminated. Please note that carriage arising from the termination may incur additional costs and we shall be entitled to charge you for these costs.

Made from a unique work, produced in the laboratory and with a support chosen in each case according to the work, light or stroke of the artist, the Neoseries are reproductions, faithful to the original in size, colour and texture, producing the same experience as the original work.


    The artists receive royalties
    The Neoseries are works in their own right carried out under the supervision of the original artist (or their designated heirs) with direct intervention, to ensure their quality and fidelity to the original work. When you acquire a Neoseries, you are participating directly in the career of your chosen artist, who receives royalties for all Neoseries produced from their original pieces.

    The Neoseries are unlimited, numbered, authorised and certified. They are only produced on demand, so production never outstrips sales. Santa & Cole publicly shows the numbering using counters on this website.


    Dynamic pricing
    The price of the first unit of a Neoseries will always be considerably lower than that of the original work that preceded it. Each additional unit produced sees a price increment of 1% from the initial price. Thus, the acceptance of a Neoseries determines the price increase of the following units as well as its original. For example, the price of copy number ten of a Neoseries will be 10% more expensive than that of copy number one, and copy one hundred will cost twice as much. Santa & Cole publishes the number of pieces sold each Neoseries, transparently displaying their price at all times.

A matter of Intellectual Property Neoseries are carried out under the supervision of the artists (or their heirs), with direct intervention, and the artists receive royalties for all units produced. To own a Neoserialised original work also affords you rights, and your will receive 1% of the sale price of the sum of the Neoseries on which your work is based.
