Thank you Paris: The Conran Shop x Santa & Cole

Paris (France)

Dear city of Paris, thank you once again for your warm welcome.

To start the Paris Design Week during Maison et Objet Santa & Cole presented an installation at The Conran Shop Paris to introduce our newset lighting Collection alongside some of our most iconic pieces.

The installation consists in a reinterpretation of the store windows based on the the lighting collection of iconic design classics in close collaboration between The Conran Shop and Santa & Cole´s creative teams.

Each shop window along the store expresses a frame of live, an everyday story in where the physical and the framed photographies mixes to express the warm light of Santa & Cole products. A lighting collection that expresses a specific lifestyle: beauty and functionality, comfort and warmthness, reason, timelessness. Honest objects to enhance people’s everyday lives.

Inside the store an intervention with the aclaimed new Cestita Batería, corldess version, is projected recreating both: the lamp artisanal process and the company´s headquarters in Parc de Belloch, Barcelona (Spain).

Discover it at The Conran Shop Paris – 117 Rue du Bac, 75007 Paris

Àngel Jové, 1971

Introducing Babel, a lamp that is uniquely handcrafted from alabaster by expert artisans. The column form of the Babel lamp references the biblical tower of the same name, reimagined from Àngel Jové´s 1971 relaunched to celebrate Santa & Cole´s 30th anniversary.

Miguel Milá, 1961

Meet TMC, a timeless icon of Spanish design. Created in 1951, it remains one of Miguel Milá´s most celebrated pieces.
