The project to adapt the Avenida de Barcelona is the work of the studio of the architect Beth Galí (BB+GG arquitectes), the author of important urban development interventions in London, Berlin, Rotterdam, Hanover and Barcelona, among other cities. Lighting and street furniture were key pieces in the remodelling of this avenue, giving it a modern and cosmopolitan air and at the same time aiding communication between the two sectors of the city divided by this central thoroughfare.
