Santa & Cole has now become involved in improving the life cycle of urban elements with this new version, made from recycled and recyclable materials, more resistant to corrosion, ageing and extreme uses, and which can be mass-coloured in a manner resistant to the sun, the rain and extreme meteorological uses.

After a long period of research, Santa & Cole has succeeded in manufacturing a bench whose fundamental change lies in the materials used: a special blend of polymers with 50% recycled plant fibres for the slats, and recycled polymers with 30% fibreglass for its structure. On incorporating polymers into its manufacture, the whole element can likewise be coloured en masse, allowing it to be customized in accordance with its location.

Shortly after its launch, the latest member of the NeoRomántico family has already been awarded first prize by the Materials Centre of the FAD, CREA! MATER 2009, for the development of new materials.
