Miguel Milà, Oriol Pibernat, Yves Zimmermann, and Javier Nieto joined André Ricard and Norberto Chaves at the book launch, which was an excellent excuse to bring together some of the most prestigious names from Spanish design.

The approach to the figure of André Ricard, written by Norberto Chaves, represents the first intellectual biography on this design pioneer. The book covers his role in the institutional impetus, and reviews his brilliant contribution to the theory and criticism of the discipline without forgetting, of course, the production of industrial objects.

Both the author himself, Norberto Chaves, and those who joined him at the launch, stressed André Ricard?s influence in these three aspects of design, highlighting his capacity for synthesis and transparency in all of them.
