The environment and new technologies are the central themes of the fifteenth Municipalia, the leading international fair in the urban facilities and services sector which will open its doors on the coming 20 October in the exhibition site of Lérida.

The show will include the holding of some 40 parallel activities from among technical congresses, professional encounters and presentations of new products.

From among the technical activities related to the environment, energy saving and waste, we can highlight the congress “Complete urban infrastructure solution”, organized by Endesa and which will include, among others, the conference “Myths and realities of lighting with LED technology”, with the participation of Messrs. Juan Sánchez Navarro and Josep M. Coll, Manager and Technical Manager of Semailighting S.A., Mr. Josep M. Serra, Publisher of Santa & Cole's Urban Division and Mr. Jesús Quintero, from IREC Lighting Center.

Municipalia has brought together over 300 companies from all the sectors related to urban facilities and services, and over 3,000 professionals are expected to attend during the four days for which it will be open to the public.
