Its enhanced mechanical performance is provided by a ribbed, translucent polyethylene and natural coloured diffuser, made by rotation moulding. The top cover has an opaque mass coloured polyethylene body and accommodates an inner aluminium reflector.
In both pieces, the polyethylene is treated as a raw material, with an UV protection.
The lower neck, which joins the light and the column, is in cast aluminium powder-painted in the same grey as the top cover.
The unit fastening screws are in stainless steel.
It is delivered equipped for discharge, high pressure sodium vapour or metallic halide lamps (max. 250 W). Optionally, double level equipments can be included for the command line.
The unit is delivered assembled. Assembly instructions come with the street lamp.
Assembly the luminaire on the Nikolson (S&C) column is recommended. Optionally, the column can be delivered painted.
The columns are fixed using a reinforced concrete cube, made on site, and anchorage bolts, 20 cm below ground level. The foundations should provide a slot for the electrical connection.
Anchorage bolts and pattern come with the column.
